•    Always smile a lot as this helps to think Positive.
•    Once a Negative thought enters your mind, replace it with your Positive thoughts.
•    Always look for good and happy thoughts in your mind.
•    No matter what your circumstances are always think Positive.
•    Be creative in your mind.
•    Try to Meditate as much as you can.
